Our onboarding process is a complex process and it consists of several steps:
guidance through our development approach and all the technical details
guidance through our business process and procedures, such as how we handle communication, which solutions and software are used
organized help and check in to see how you cope with some introduction tasks assigned to you
a quick daily catch-up to see what progress is made and what is in the pipeline for that day
Yes, we offer internship opportunities. We believe in providing valuable learning experiences and fostering the growth of talented individuals. Our internships are typically designed for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain practical work experience in their field of interest.
