How we work

We build custom software for businesses that move physical products. Wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and manufacturers with 5 to 50 employees. Most projects run €30k to €300k over 2 to 6 months. We've been doing this since 2015.

Our Approach

01

Discovery

We start by looking at what you already have running: outgrown ERP, inventory tools that don't talk to each other, reporting that takes a week to assemble. Most of our work reshapes existing software rather than replacing it. Sometimes the honest answer is that a SaaS tool would solve it, or you don't need custom software at all. We'll say so before sending a quote.

02

Scope & Architecture

We define what we're building and how it connects to your existing systems. You get a fixed quote and a realistic timeline. What stays off the table gets written down too, so there are no surprises later. If we don't know how long something will take, we tell you that instead of guessing. Bad estimates cost everyone more than honest uncertainty.

03

Build

We ship working software every two weeks so you see progress as it happens. You'll have one developer who owns your build and one direct contact for everything else. No account manager layer between you and the code. Requirements change mid-project. We've planned for that, and our change process is documented so there are no surprise invoices.

04

Handoff

The code is yours. We hand over the full codebase and documentation when the build ships, along with whatever your team needs to run it. If you want to bring development in-house later or move to another partner, you can. Most clients stay on a retainer for ongoing changes, but that's your choice, not a lock-in.

How we work together

01

Fixed-scope project

For builds with clear requirements. We scope and price the work upfront, then build it in milestones so payments track progress. No hourly billing and no padded estimates. Best when you know what you need but don't have the team to build it in-house.

02

Retainer

For ongoing work after a build is live, or when your needs are still forming. A fixed number of developer days per month, used for whatever matters that month. Changes, integrations, bug fixes, new features. Most of our long-term clients are here.
